Prohibited Use. 4. You may not use the Website for any of the following purposes:

The Customer must not use the Services nor enable others to use the Services: (a) In a way prohibited by law; (b) To violate the rights of third parties; (c) To try to gain unauthorized access to or disrupt any service, device, data, account or network; (d) To spam or distribute malware, or transmit or cause to be transmitted any viruses, worms, Trojan horses, time bombs, cancel bots or any other harmful, damaging or destructive programs or content; (e) In a way that could otherwise harm the Services or impair anyone else’s use of it; (f) To disable, tamper with, or otherwise attempt to circumvent any billing mechanism that meters Customers use of the Services, nor force any electronic barriers or locks which have been adapted for the purpose of protecting the Services; or share or transfer any license key, password or other security device relating to the use thereof with or to any other User or any third party; (g) In a manner that prevents or disrupts other computer communications, or prevents or disrupts the equipment employed to provide and use the Services; or (h) In any application or situation where failure of the Services could lead to the death or serious bodily injury of any person, or to severe physical or environmental damage.
Prohibited Use. (a) You shall not use your PC account or issue a PC cheque to pay the minimum payment or any other monies owing to us in respect of or in relation to your PC account and/or this Agreement. You shall not authorize, expressly or impliedly, any third party to operate your PC account (by power of attorney or otherwise) save with our prior written consent and unless we receive your written instructions in accordance with our prescribed procedure for establishing such third party authorization. You shall not use and we will not permit the CRC Card and/or Citibank ATM/Debit Card to be used to effect any card transaction which would contravene the laws of any jurisdiction.
Prohibited Use. Use of the CPA Xxxx on any commercial product or publication in any way that directly or indirectly conveys that the content is authorized or associated with CPA Canada or any Provincial CPA Body is expressly prohibited. Prohibited use includes placing the CPA Xxxx on any articles, books, software or other publication or product offered in print or electronically for sale by You or any third party authorized by You.

Prohibited Use. Seller shall not, unless authorized in writing by Buyer: (i) export or save any Proprietary Information and Materials from the Boeing Systems except in support of the work to be performed under this Contract; (ii) make any derivative uses of the Boeing Systems or the Proprietary Information and Materials except in support of the work to be performed under this Contract; (iii) use any data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction methods; (iv) use any frame or framing techniques to enclose any Proprietary Information and Materials found on the Boeing Systems; (v) through reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any portion of the Access Controls, access or attempt to access any Unauthorized Proprietary Information and Materials or restricted portions of the Boeing Systems.

Prohibited Use. You may not use the Software except as expressly permitted by this License. For example, you may not: (i) copy or reproduce any part of the Software, except as permitted by law or Section 3 of this License; (ii) sublicense, copy, lend, lease, rent, transfer or otherwise make any part of the Software available to any third party, except in accordance with Section 10 of this License; (iii) decompile, reverse-engineer or disassemble the Software or otherwise attempt to obtain the source code of the Software;
Prohibited Use. Any use or occupancy of the Premises that would be likely to: (i) cause damage to the Buildings, the Premises, the Center or any equipment, facilities or other systems owned by Landlord therein; (ii) impair the appearance of the Premises, the Buildings or the Center; (iii) interfere with the efficient and economical maintenance, operation and repair of the Premises, the Buildings or the Center or the equipment, facilities or systems owned by Landlord; (iv) adversely affect any service provided to, and/or the use and occupancy by, any of the Buildings’ tenants or occupants; (v) violate the certificate of occupancy issued for the Premises or the Buildings; or (vi) adversely affect the image of the Buildings or the Center as a first-class office location in midtown Manhattan. Prohibited Use also includes the use of any part of the Premises for: (A) except as otherwise expressly provided with respect to the Club and the Music Hall, the preparation, consumption, storage, manufacture or sale of food or beverages (except in connection with vending machines and/or warming kitchens installed for the use of Tenant’s employees only), liquor or tobacco, it being expressly understood and agreed that the preparation, consumption, storage, manufacture or sale of food, beverages, liquor and tobacco (subject to compliance with all Requirements) shall constitute a Permitted Use in the Music Hall and the Club; (B) the business of photocopying, multilith or offset printing (except photocopying in connection with Tenant’s own business); (C) a typing or stenography business; (D) a school or classroom other than dance classes; (E) lodging or sleeping; (F) a payroll office other than for Tenant’s employees; (G) a xxxxxx, beauty or manicure shop open to the public; (H) an employment agency, executive search firm or similar enterprise; (I) offices of any Governmental Authority, any foreign government, the United Nations, or any agency or department of the foregoing; (J) the rendering of medical, dental or other therapeutic or diagnostic services open to the public; (K) except (1) with respect to the Music Hall and (2) as permitted in the Declaration, broadcasting or the business of broadcasting by wire or wireless of any programs or pictures of any sort, or the sale of apparatus or devices connected with the business of such broadcasting; (L) the display or exhibiting of any materials which are obscene or offensive to the general public or (M) any illegal activity, including the us...
Prohibited Use. Client represents and warrants that Client will not use the Custodial Services or Custodial Account for any Prohibited Use as set forth on Appendix 1 hereto.
