Professional Performance Committees. There shall be a single Health Services Registered Nurse Professional Performance Committee (PPC) which shall consist of two (2) subcommittees: one (1) for inpatient Registered Nurses and one (1) for outpatient Registered Nurses. The Committee(s) may consider and discuss issues and subject matters of their own selection which are related to patient care and nursing practice. The Committee(s) may also formulate advisory recommendations and proposals concerning such matters. The Committee(s) shall not discuss economic matters, such as wages, hours and other economic conditions which may be subject to meet and confer. Contra Costa County and California Nurses Association agree that it is in the best interest of the patients, employees and management to xxxxxx mature and cooperative labor-management relations. To that end, effective sixty (60) days after adoption of this agreement, the parties agree to supplement Section 38 – Professional Performance Committee with the following:

  • Performance Management 17.1 The Contractor will appoint a suitable Account Manager to liaise with the Authority’s Strategic Contract Manager. Any/all changes to the terms and conditions of the Agreement will be agreed in writing between the Authority’s Strategic Contract Manager and the Contractor’s appointed representative.

  • Ongoing Performance Measures The Department intends to use performance-reporting tools in order to measure the performance of Contractor(s). These tools will include the Contractor Performance Survey (Exhibit H), to be completed by Customers on a quarterly basis. Such measures will allow the Department to better track Vendor performance through the term of the Contract(s) and ensure that Contractor(s) consistently provide quality services to the State and its Customers. The Department reserves the right to modify the Contractor Performance Survey document and introduce additional performance-reporting tools as they are developed, including online tools (e.g. tools within MFMP or on the Department's website).

  • Advisory Committees The Board may appoint Advisory Committees to review design review applications, or provide input on other issues of concern to the Board or the Commission. These Advisory Committees include, but are not necessarily limited to, the following:

  • Board Committees The Director hereby agrees to sit in the relevant committees of the Board and to perform all of the duties, services and responsibilities necessary thereunder.

  • Safety Committees Joint employee-elected and Employer appointed safety committees shall be formed in accord with WISHA requirements and following University of Washington policy. The Union is entitled to representation on the University-wide or specific organizational or divisional committees where bargaining unit employees are working. Any department or unit committee also dealing with health and safety issues in work areas shall appropriately involve bargaining unit employees. Participation in safety and health committees, including meeting time, health and safety research, work on committee assignments, seminars, and classes will be considered time worked for all employees in accordance with University policy. Release time must be arranged with supervisors in advance. When the committee makes a recommendation that requires action or approval beyond its scope of authority, the Employer will communicate its disposition of the formal written recommendation within thirty (30) days.

  • Performance Targets Threshold, target and maximum performance levels for each performance measure of the performance period are contained in Appendix B.
