Professional Improvement Program Units. Section 21.2.a. A Faculty Member desiring to receive salary advancement credit for a program of professional improvement may submit a proposal to the College PDI/IPD. The proposal must be submitted and approved prior to pursuing the program, except in exceptional circumstances. The College IPD/PDI will review the proposal, and shall make a determination in accordance with the criteria established.
