Priced Bid. The Priced Bid (i.e. Part IIPrice Bid, refer ITB for details) to be uploaded using Link “Step-3: SOR Attachments” and NOT using link “TECHNICAL DOCUMENT” except online bidding process. Bidders are advised not to upload any other documents as the same shall be ignored. For detailed instructions, refer Tender Document and Ready Reckoner. GAIL shall not be responsible for any failure on the part of the Bidder in submission of Priced Bid. Instructions mentioned under “PRICE BID [Online]” in Ready Reckoner shall be applicable in case Bidders have been asked to quote their prices on-line directly in the GAIL’s e- portal.

Priced Bid. It should contain only the schedule of rates complete with rates duly filled in and no terms & conditions should be put in priced bid. Priced bid containing any new/fresh conditions (not mentioned in the un-priced bid) shall be liable for rejection. The two envelopes containing Part-I & Part-II of the bid separately should be enclosed in a larger envelope duly sealed and super-scribed with tender no., due date and item prominently along with address of this office and sender’s name and address. Bid must be submitted within the stipulated date and time as indicated in the tender. The bid must be valid for 120 days from the final date of Tender closing. Bid through Telex/Fax/Telegram will not be acceptable. GAIL assumes no responsibility for delay, loss or non-receipt of bid sent by post.
Priced Bid. The rate should be quoted strictly as per Price bid form available online during bidding. The rates quoted IN THE ONLINE PRICE BID FORM shall be treated as final. (Please refer Price bid of tender document before quoting online) Bidder should quote prices in online Price bid form only, indicating of rates anywhere else (scanned documents/hard copies) shall be liable for rejection. 13.0

Related to Priced Bid

  • Ibid For greater certainty and without limiting section 11.1, the LHIN is not liable for how the HSP and the HSP’s Personnel and Volunteers carry out the Services and is therefore not responsible to the HSP for such Services. Moreover the LHIN is not contracting with or employing any HSP’s Personnel and Volunteers to carry out the terms of this Agreement. As such, it is not liable for contracting with, employing or terminating a contract with or the employment of any HSP’s Personnel and Volunteers required to carry out this Agreement, nor for the withholding, collection or payment of any taxes, premiums, contributions or any other remittances due to government for the HSP’s Personnel and Volunteers required by the HSP to carry out this Agreement.

  • JOB BIDDING The City reserves the right to organize work and assignments. Bureau managers will consult with the Union prior to implementation of a reorganization to discuss proper application of this Article. Whenever the City determines that it will fill a vacancy in a new or existing job, present employees shall be given the first opportunity on the following basis: the City may choose from among the two (2) most senior qualified bidders for 25% of all vacancies occurring within a bureau in a Fiscal Year. Prior to posting, the City must identify a posting as one which will be subject to this provision.

  • Shift Bidding All stations will use voting procedures described below to determine shift bidding. A “show of interest” is defined as fifty-five percent (55%) of affected employees submitting their interest in writing:

  • Successful Bidder The responsible Bidder submitting the lowest responsive Bid.

  • Price If pricing is not stated on this Order or in an executed procurement agreement, then Supplier’s pricing shall not exceed the lowest prices charged by Supplier to other similarly situated customers.   • GSA Benchmarked Pricing Additionally, where the NYS Net Price is based upon an approved GSA Supply Schedule:

  • Quotes 4.1. In the event that the Company is unable to proceed with an Order with regard to price or size or other reason, the Company will send a re-quote to the Client with the price it is willing to deal.

  • NO BID Where more than one item is listed, any items not bid upon shall be indicated as “NO BID”.

  • Prices Prices are firm and not subject to escalation, unless otherwise specified in the invitation for bid.
