Date of tender definition

Date of tender means the date and time on which tenders are due to be deposited in terms of the advertisement calling for tenders.
Date of tender means the date of closing of the Tender or the date of the Contractor’s latest amendment or revision of the Tender prior to the date of Letter of Acceptance, whichever is the later;
