Price Template. OETC’s Price Template is an Excel Spreadsheet with the following columns: Item Name, Item Description, Cost, Price, Category, Vendor ID, Manufacturer, Vendor Number, Manufacturer Number, Status. Services. Broadly classed as installation/de-installation, maintenance, support, training, migration, and optimization of products offered or supplied under the Master Agreement. These types of services may include, but are not limited to: warranty services, maintenance, installation, de-installation, factory integration (software or equipment components), asset management, recycling/disposal, training and certification, pre-implementation design, disaster recovery planning and support, service desk/helpdesk, and any other directly related technical support service required for the effective operation of a product offered or supplied. Contract Vendors may offer, but OETC Members do not have to accept, limited professional services related ONLY to the equipment and configuration of the equipment purchased through the resulting contracts. Each oetc member determines restrictions and negotiates terms for services.

  • Templates The Applicant shall use Templates provided by Alberta Innovates to comply with its Required Reporting Metrics, Reports obligations, and with the Survey requirements. Because the Reports may contain technical or proprietary information about the Project or the Applicant, the Templates will specify when a section will be considered non-confidential. The content of sections that are marked as non-confidential can be disclosed in the public domain. All other sections will be considered confidential, and thus can only be disclosed to the Government of Alberta and to Funding Partners, if any, in confidence, but to no other party.

  • Alternative Work Schedule An alternate forty (40) hour work schedule (other than five (5) uniform and consecutive eight (8) hour days in a seven (7) day period), or for hospital personnel an eighty (80) hour workweek in a fourteen (14) day period and other mutually agreed upon schedules that comply with applicable federal and state law. Employee work schedules normally include two (2) consecutive days off.

  • Technical Specifications The Technical Specifications furnished on the CD are intended to establish the standards for quality, performance and technical requirements for all labor, workmanship, material, methods and equipment necessary to complete the Work. When specifications and drawings are provided or referenced by the County, these are to be considered part of the Scope of Work, and to be specifically documented in the Detailed Scope of Work. For convenience, the County supplied specifications, if any, and the Technical Specifications furnished on the CD.

  • Escrow Format Specification 3.1. Deposit’s Format. Registry objects, such as domains, contacts, name servers, registrars, etc. will be compiled into a file constructed as described in draft-xxxxx-xxxxxxx-registry-data-escrow, see Part A, Section 9, reference 1 of this Specification and draft-xxxxx-xxxxxxx-dnrd-objects-mapping, see Part A, Section 9, reference 2 of this Specification (collectively, the “DNDE Specification”). The DNDE Specification describes some elements as optional; Registry Operator will include those elements in the Deposits if they are available. If not already an RFC, Registry Operator will use the most recent draft version of the DNDE Specification available at the Effective Date. Registry Operator may at its election use newer versions of the DNDE Specification after the Effective Date. Once the DNDE Specification is published as an RFC, Registry Operator will implement that version of the DNDE Specification, no later than one hundred eighty (180) calendar days after. UTF-8 character encoding will be used.
