Annual general definition

Annual general meeting: Once in, and no later than 31st March of, each year Pool Members shall hold a general meeting as their annual general meeting in addition to any other meetings of Pool Members in that year, and notices calling such general meeting shall specify it as the annual general meeting. At each annual general meeting the Pool Members shall be required to consider and, where appropriate, resolve upon the following, namely:-

  • General Liabilities shall have the meaning given it in Article III, Section 6(b) of this Declaration of Trust;
