Preparation for Interviews. Procedures and considerations related to preparing for interviews include the following: • determining whether circumstances allow for the interview to be conducted at the student’s home or another location rather than at school, in view of the stigma and the potential impact on the student; • evaluating the need for specialized resources where a student is known to have mental health needs or special education needs (see section 13 below); • determining the methodology of the interview; • deciding which officer will take the lead in conducting the interview, if more than one officer is interviewing; • arranging for the audio/videotaping of interviews and statements, and meeting the requirement for police to inform the interviewee that the conversation is being recorded; and • determining the need for an interpreter (e.g., a language interpreter, an interpreter for a student who is deaf or hard of hearing) and/or for information to be provided in an alternative format (e.g., Xxxxxxx for a student who is blind or has low vision).

Preparation for Interviews. When preparing for interviews of students:  Determine whether circumstances allow for the interview to be conducted at the student’s home or another location rather than at school.  If the incident is not related to the school and will have no impact on school safety, police should not conduct interviews at the school.  Evaluate the need for specialized resources where a student is known to have mental health needs or special education needs (see section 14); and  Determine the need for an interpreter (e.g., a language interpreter, an interpreter for a student who is deaf or hard of hearing) and/or for information to be provided in an alternative format (e.g., Braille for a student who is blind or has low vision).

  • Release Time for Interviews Release time will be granted to represented individuals for the purposes of interviewing for positions within the University.

  • Interviews An applicant for a posted position with the Employer who is not on a leave of absence without pay and who has been called for an interview shall suffer no loss of basic earnings to attend. Should an employee require a leave of absence from duties for the interview, their supervisor shall be notified as soon as the requirement to appear for an interview is made known.

  • Investigatory Interviews When an employee is required by the City to attend an interview conducted by the City for purposes of investigating an incident which may lead to discipline/discharge of that employee because of that particular incident, the employee shall have the right to request that the employee be accompanied at the investigatory interview by a representative of the Union. If the employee makes such a request, the request shall be made to the City representative conducting the investigatory interview. The City, when faced with such a request, may:

  • COPIES OF DOCUMENTS AVAILABLE FOR INSPECTION Each Paying Agent shall hold available for inspection at its specified office during normal business hours copies of all documents required to be so available by the Conditions of any Notes or the rules of any relevant Stock Exchange (or any other relevant authority). For these purposes, the Issuer shall provide the Paying Agents with sufficient copies of each of the relevant documents.

  • Investigatory Interview When the employee under investigation is to be interviewed concerning the alleged conduct which could result in discharge or other discipline, the employee and his or her representative shall be notified in writing, at least forty-eight (48) hours prior to the interview. In the event of an emergency, such reasonable notice as the circumstances permit shall be given. The notice shall state that an official investigation is being conducted and shall state the subject matter of the investigatory interview.

  • Exit Interviews A. If a regular status employee provides timely notice that they are voluntarily separating from Agency service, the Agency will offer an exit interview that focuses on the reason(s) for the employee leaving Agency service and what changes they recommend to the Agency to improve Agency operations, or,

  • DOCUMENTS AVAILABLE FOR INSPECTION Each of the Paying Agents and the Registrar shall make available for inspection during normal business hours at its Specified Office such documents as may be specified as so available at the specified office of such agent in the Base Prospectus or Drawdown Prospectus (as the case may be) or, in relation to any Notes, the Conditions, or as may be required by any listing authority, stock exchange and/or quotation system by which any Notes may from time to time be admitted to listing, trading and/or quotation.

  • Interview Process Interviews will take place over a period of ninety (90) days. The interviews both of bargaining unit employees and of managers will be conducted jointly by Union/Industry members of the Technical Committee (or designates).
