Documents for Inspection definition

Documents for Inspection has the meaning ascribed to it in section 5(b) hereof;
Documents for Inspection means, in respect of each Property, the documents and materials to be delivered or made available to the Purchaser for review and examination pursuant to Section 2.2.
Documents for Inspection means the documents and materials that have been delivered or made available to the Purchaser for review and examination pursuant to the RFP process, and such other documents and materials of a similar nature that may come into the possession or control of the Vendor and be provided to the Purchaser together with any Contracts entered into pursuant to Section 5.2.

Examples of Documents for Inspection in a sentence

  • All holders of Shares will be entitled to the benefit of, will be bound by and deemed to have notice of the provisions of the Articles of the Company summarised under "General Information" below, copies of which are available as detailed under "Documents for Inspection" below.

  • If the transaction contemplated by this Agreement is not completed for any reason, the Purchaser shall, upon the request of the Vendor, promptly return to the Vendor all documents delivered to the Purchaser pursuant to this Agreement including, without limitation, the Documents for Inspection.

  • Except as may be required to perform its obligations in accordance with this Agreement, the Purchaser, its representatives and advisors shall keep in strict confidence all information obtained with respect to the Purchased Assets pursuant to this Agreement, including all Documents for Inspection, until such time as the transaction contemplated by this Agreement is completed.

  • The significant accounting policies of HHL are set out in Note 2 of the audited consolidated financial statements for FY2012 (a copy of which is available for inspection at the registered office of the Offeror as mentioned in paragraph 4 (Documents for Inspection) of Appendix 6 of this Offer Document).

  • Certificate of inspection means an unsworn statement,

  • Lead inspection means a surface-by-surface investigation to determine the presence of lead-based

  • Home inspection means the on-site, physical review of the home of an applicant to assure the applicant and the home meets all health and safety requirements within these rules.

  • Final Inspection means the process and procedure described in UGC Section 12.

  • Initial inspection means the first on-site inspection of facilities to verify declarations submitted pursuant to Articles III, IV, V and VI and this Annex.
