Pre-Layoff Consultation. 17.03 Unless notice has been previously served in accordance with Article 30.01 - Technological and/or Organizational Change, the University will schedule a meeting with the Union at least 5 working days prior to the serving of layoff notice. The purpose of this meeting will be to review and clarify the options available to employees and to review the available vacancies.
