Posting Positions and Filling Vacancies. (a) The Employer agrees that, before permanently filling any vacancy, including any temporary position which is expected to exceed six (6) months in duration, notice of such vacancy shall be posted for seven (7) days in such conspicuous places as may be designated by the Employer.
