Posting Locations. When a vacancy occurs within a Juvenile Institution Officer unit, that vacancy (including shift schedule) will be posted on bulletin boards in or near employee work areas throughout the department.

Posting Locations. Job vacancy notices will be posted on the official University's electronic postings website. In addition, each department or non-departmentalized college may display its own postings on its own bulletin boards or in another place designated for that purpose.
Posting Locations. The Employer will meet with the Union through the Labor Management committee to identify specific units that deploy from specific geographic areas as well as units that have no specific area assignment. In the event unit deployment patterns change, those changes will be incorporated into the specific area assignments in discussion with the Union through the Labor Management Committee. While it is understood that, due to the dynamic demands of the system, units may be called on to respond to, or cover any geographic area, once coverage levels permit those units that have been identified as being deployed from a specific geographic area will be returned to those areas. The Employer will meet with the Union through the Labor Management Committee/ System Status Committee to identify new locations for quarters/stations and modification of current station and posting locations. Within ninety (90) calendar days after the effective date of this Agreement the parties will meet through the Labor Management Committee, to mutually identify any posting location(s) without access to safe and sanitary bathroom facilities and work to develop a plan for alternative posting locations.

  • Other Locations Except in the event of an emergency or of a planned System shutdown, the Fund’s access to services performed by the System or to Data Access Services at the Designated Locations may be transferred to a different location only upon the prior written consent of State Street. In the event of an emergency or System shutdown, the Fund may use any back-up site included in the Designated Configuration or any other back-up site agreed to by State Street, which agreement will not be unreasonably withheld.   • Data Location 1.1. The CONTRACTOR shall not store or transfer non-public COUNTY data outside of the United States. This includes backup data and Disaster Recovery locations. The CONTRACTOR will permit its personnel and contractors to access COUNTY data remotely only as required to provide technical support. (Remote access to data from outside the continental United States is prohibited unless approved in advance and in writing by the County.)

  • Collateral Locations All of such Grantor’s locations where Collateral is located are listed on Exhibit A. All of said locations are owned by such Grantor except for locations (i) which are leased by the Grantor as lessee and designated in Part VII(b) of Exhibit A and (ii) at which Inventory is held in a public warehouse or is otherwise held by a bailee or on consignment as designated in Part VII(c) of Exhibit A.

Access shall be restricted so as not to interfere with the normal operations of the department or with established safety or security requirements. Solicitation of membership and activities concerned with the internal management of the Association, such as collecting dues, holding membership meetings, campaigning for office, conducting elections and distributing literature, shall not be conducted during working hours.
