Position of Responsibility Allowance. Where a position of responsibility is required, it will be determined in accordance with the position classification standards determined by the University. There will be three levels of allowances: Level 1 $1243.25 p.a. Level 2 $2486.40 p.a. Level 3 $3729.53 p.a. A position of responsibility allowance will be paid in addition to the substantive salary of the staff member appointed to the position of responsibility. An allowance payable under this clause will be regarded as salary for the purposes of calculating Superannuation contributions.

Position of Responsibility Allowance. The allowance 7B.3 will be paid to the senior Psychologist or Counsellor who provides professional leadership in their area of expertise and is responsible for coordination of psychological and counselling services.   • Responsibility Allowance (a) An Employee who is assigned additional responsibilities which contribute to the administration of program(s) and which comprise at least 25% of the Employee’s workload and regularly includes the supervision of and/or coordination of other Employees, shall be paid $2.00 per hour in addition to the Employee’s Basic Rate of Pay.
