Planning and Progress Schedules. A. Before starting the Work and from time to time during its progress, as the Engineer may request, the Contractor shall submit to the Engineer a written description of the methods he plans to use in doing the Work and the various steps he intends to take.

Planning and Progress Schedules. The Contractor shall submit to and for the approval of the Engineer, a detailed schedule of operations. The schedule shall show the proposed methods of construction and sequence of work and the time the Contractor proposes to complete the various items of work within the time specified in the Contract. No work shall begin until the Progress Schedule is approved by the Engineer. If the Contractor’s operations are materially affected by changes in the plans or in the quantity of the Work or if he has failed to comply with the submitted and approved schedule, the Contractor shall submit a revised schedule if requested by the Engineer within seven days after the date of the Engineer’s request. This revised schedule shall show how the Contractor proposes to prosecute the balance of the Work, so as to complete the Work within the time specified in the Contract.

  • PROGRESS SCHEDULE The Contractor, within ten (10) working days of receiving notice of the award of the contract, shall prepare and submit for the State's and Architect's information an estimated progress schedule for the Work. The progress schedule shall be related to the entire Project to the extent required by the Contract Documents, and shall provide for expeditious and practicable execution of the Work.

  • Work Schedules Workweeks and work shifts of different numbers of hours may be established by the Employer in order to meet business and customer service needs, as long as the work schedules meet federal and state laws.

  • Flexible Work Schedules (a) Academic Professional staff members throughout the University may have, as indicated below, flexible work schedules. For example, Academic Professionals often travel on University business and/or work evenings and weekends.   • Wage Schedules The Parties shall, upon completing a wage adjustment calculation, forthwith prepare, publish, post and distribute a wage schedule resulting therefrom. The final determination of the wage schedules shall be issued no later than the 7th day of March or September, for the May and November adjustments, respectively.

  • Outage Schedules The Connecting Transmission Owner shall post scheduled outages of its transmission facilities on the NYISO OASIS. Developer shall submit its planned maintenance schedules for the Large Generating Facility to Connecting Transmission Owner and NYISO for a minimum of a rolling thirty-six month period. Developer shall update its planned maintenance schedules as necessary. NYISO may direct, or the Connecting Transmission Owner may request, Developer to reschedule its maintenance as necessary to maintain the reliability of the New York State Transmission System. Compensation to Developer for any additional direct costs that the Developer incurs as a result of rescheduling maintenance, including any additional overtime, breaking of maintenance contracts or other costs above and beyond the cost the Developer would have incurred absent the request to reschedule maintenance, shall be in accordance with the NYISO OATT. Developer will not be eligible to receive compensation, if during the twelve (12) months prior to the date of the scheduled maintenance, the Developer had modified its schedule of maintenance activities other than at the direction of the NYISO or request of the Connecting Transmission Owner.
