Common use of Personnel Manual Clause in Contracts

Personnel Manual. The City of Xxxxxxx Personnel Manual authorized by Ordinance and as supplemented or amended hereafter by City Ordinance and Executive Order is hereby made a part of this Agreement except that specific provisions of this Agreement shall prevail wherever a conflict therewith exists. Without waiving any rights to bargain regarding any other matter, the Association shall retain its rights under state law to bargain any changes in the personnel manual which concern or impact mandatory subjects of bargaining relating to the Bargaining Unit.
