Common use of Personal Business Days Clause in Contracts

Personal Business Days. (a) Two (2) business days a year may be used for personal business. Any of the employee's unused personal business days shall be added to the employee's accumulated sick leave at the close of the school fiscal year, in addition to his/her accumulated sick leave.

One (1) day may be used at the employee’s discretion, within the parameters listed below, and one (1) day is to be used only for personal business. Any matters that cannot be taken care of outside of working hours, such as legal matters, mechanical breakdown of transportation or home utilities (furnace, well, pump, etc.) with the administration having the authority to approve or disapprove one (1) of the employee's unused personal business two (2) days shall be added to based on the need as presented by the employee's accumulated sick leave at the close of the school fiscal year, in addition to his/her accumulated sick leave.
