Opinion of Intellectual Property Counsel for the Company. Xxxxxx Xxxxxxx Xxxxxxxx & Xxxxxx, Professional Corporation, intellectual property counsel for the Company, shall have furnished to the Representatives, at the request of the Company, their written opinion, dated the Closing Date or the Additional Closing Date, as the case may be, and addressed to the Underwriters, in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Representatives.
Opinion of Intellectual Property Counsel for the Company. On each of the First Closing Date and each Option Closing Date, the Representatives shall have received the opinion of Xxxxxxx Xxxxx, S.C., counsel for the Company with respect to intellectual property matters, dated as of such date, the form of which is attached as Exhibit B (and the Representatives shall have received an additional signed copy of such counsel’s legal opinion for each of the other several Underwriters).
Opinion of Intellectual Property Counsel for the Company. On each of the First Closing Date and each Option Closing Date, the Representatives shall have received the opinion of Xxxxxx LLP, counsel for the Company with respect to intellectual property matters, dated as of such date, in the form and substance reasonably agreed to by the parties.
Opinion of Intellectual Property Counsel for the Company. At Closing Time, the Representative shall have received the favorable opinion, dated as of Closing Time, of Knobbe, Martens, Oxxxx & Bear LLP, special intellectual property counsel for the Company, in form and substance satisfactory to counsel for the Underwriters, together with signed or reproduced copies of such letter for each of the other Underwriters to the effect set forth in Exhibit B hereto and to such further effect as counsel to the Underwriters may reasonably request.
Opinion of Intellectual Property Counsel for the Company. If requested by the Representatives, the opinion of Xxxxxx & Bird LLP, intellectual property counsel for the Company, in form and substance satisfactory to counsel for the Underwriters, dated such Date of Delivery, relating to the Option Securities to be subscribed for on such Date of Delivery and otherwise to the same effect as the opinion required by Section 5(e) hereof.
Opinion of Intellectual Property Counsel for the Company. Xxxxxxx Procter LLP, special counsel for the Company with respect to intellectual property matters, shall have furnished to the Representatives, at the request of the Company, their written opinion, dated the Closing Date or an Additional Closing Date, as the case may be, and addressed to the Underwriters, in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Representatives.
Opinion of Intellectual Property Counsel for the Company. Xxxxx & Associates LLC, counsel for the Company with respect to certain of the Company’s intellectual property matters, shall have furnished to the Representatives, at the request of the Company, its written opinion, dated the Closing Date or the Additional Closing Date, as the case may be, and addressed to the Underwriters, in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Representatives, to the effect set forth in Annex B hereto.
Opinion of Intellectual Property Counsel for the Company. On each of the First Closing Date and each Option Closing Date, the Representatives shall have received the opinion of Sxxxxx Pxxxxx Bxxxx, counsel for the Company with respect to certain intellectual property matters, dated as of such date, in the form and substance satisfactory to the Representatives.
Opinion of Intellectual Property Counsel for the Company. Sterne, Kessler, Xxxxxxxxx & Fox P.L.L.C., intellectual property counsel for the Company, shall have furnished to the Representatives, at the request of the Company, their written opinion, dated the Closing Date or the Additional Closing Date, as the case may be, and addressed to the Underwriters, in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Representatives.
Opinion of Intellectual Property Counsel for the Company. On each of the First Closing Date and each Option Closing Date, the Representatives shall have received the opinion of Seed Intellectual Property Law Group PLLC, intellectual property counsel for the Company, dated as of such date, in the form satisfactory to the Representatives.
