User Permission definition

User Permission means (i) the right to download, install, access and use the Software and (ii) the right to access and use the Online Services, subject to these T&Cs and the Use Rights;
User Permission means the terms and conditions applicable to the use by each of the Training Provider’s users, of the Online ITA System, details of which are available on the training provider area of the SDS website for the ITA Scheme, as amended from time to time;

Examples of User Permission in a sentence

  • Each User Permission is for a minimum period of 12 months, notwithstanding the expiry date of the Agreement.

  • All information relating to the User Permission including the applicable terms and conditions, applicable charges and guidance on the process for requesting/granting/amending User Permissions shall be made available by SDS to the Training Provider or, at SDS’ discretion, set out in the Training Provider pages referencing ‘FIPS: Funding Information and Processing System’ (or such alternative pages as SDS may specify from time to time) available through the SDS Website.

  • The acceptance by SDS of a request by the Contracting Party for additional User Permissions (through a User Permission Application Form) shall be subject to additional charges and a lead in time.

Related to User Permission

  • Part 4A permission means permission to conduct regulated activities, granted by the Authority under Part 4A of the Act;

  • Supervisory Permission means, in relation to any action, such supervisory permission (or, as appropriate, waiver) from the Regulator and/or the Relevant Resolution Authority as is required therefor under Applicable Banking Regulations.

  • Planning Permission means any permission, consent or approval given under the Planning Acts;

  • Health Care Permits means any and all permits, licenses, authorizations, certificates, certificates of need, accreditations and plans of third-party accreditation agencies that are (a) necessary to enable any Borrower to operate any health care facility or participate in and receive payment under any Government Reimbursement Program or other Third Party Payor Arrangement, as applicable, or otherwise continue to conduct its business as it is conducted on the Closing Date, or (b) required under any Health Care Law.

  • Required Permits shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6.24.
