Performance of Lessee's Covenants Sample Clauses

Performance of Lessee's Covenants. Lessee covenants and agrees that it --------------------------------- will perform all agreements and observe all covenants herein expressed on its part to be performed and observed and that it will promptly, upon receipt of written notice specifying action desired by Lessor in connection with any such agreement or covenant, comply with such notice; and further, that if Lessee shall not comply with any such notice to the satisfaction of Lessor prior to the date on which such noncompliance would constitute an Event of Default, in addition to, and not in lieu of or in limitation of any other remedy which Lessor may have pursuant to this Lease, at law or in equity, Lessor may, but shall not be obligated to, enter upon the Leased Premises and do the things specified in said notice. Lessor shall have no liability to Lessee for any loss or damage existing in any way from such action and Lessee agrees to pay upon demand, as Additional Rent, any expense incurred by Lessor in taking such action. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Lessor's performance of any or all of Lessee's covenants shall not release Lessee from liability for nonperformance.
