PEG Access Interconnection. 5.2.1 The LFA has designated the following two (2) LFA municipal sites within the Franchise Area for the interconnection of the Educational and Governmental Access facilities with the Cable System ("EG Access Interconnection Sites"):

PEG Access Interconnection. 5.2.1. LFA shall designate in its sole discretion not more than three (3) sites within the Franchise Area for the interconnection of PEG access facilities with the Cable System (each, a “PEG Access Interconnection Site”).
PEG Access Interconnection. 5.2.1. The Franchisee shall continue to connect to equipment owned by the LFA and/or the PEG Access Designee at Tappan Zee High School, 00 Xxxxx Xxxx Xxxx, Xxxxxxxxxx, XX 00000 and Town Hall, 00 Xxxxxxxxxx Xxxx, Xxxxxxxxxx, XX 00000 (the “Interconnection Sites”). The LFA or, if designated by the LFA in writing to Franchisee, the PEG Access Designee, shall be required to pay Franchisee for all costs associated with: (i) any equipment upgrade where the need for the upgrade is initiated by the LFA or PEG Access Designee; (ii) relocating any connection where the need for relocation is initiated by the LFA or PEG Access Designee; (iii) re-installing and/or replacing any connection at an existing location where the need for such re-installation and/or replacement is initiated by the LFA or PEG Access Designee; or (iv) installing any new connection if initiated by the LFA or PEG Access Designee; provided, however, that LFA and/or PEG Access Designee responsibility for the foregoing costs is subject to the LFA’s express written consent, and subject further to Franchisee’s prior disclosure of such costs and prior consent to same by the LFA or PEG Access Designee.
PEG Access Interconnection. 5.2.1. The LFA shall designate in its sole discretion a site within the Franchise Area for the interconnection of PEG access facilities with the Cable System (the “PEG Access Interconnection Site”), and not more than three (3) additional sites within the Franchise Area for PEG Content Origination (each, a “PEG Content Origination Point”), which PEG Access Interconnection Site and PEG Content Origination Points are identified in Exhibit D.
PEG Access Interconnection. 5.2.1. The LFA has designated the Xxxxx Xxxxxx Community Center located at 00 Xxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxxxxx-xx-Xxxxxx, New York 10706 as the sole interconnection site for PEG Access facilities with the Cable System (the “EG Access Channel Aggregation Site”), as identified in Exhibit D to this Agreement.

  • Interconnection 2.1.10 Startup Testing and Commissioning

  • Interconnection Customer’s Interconnection Facilities The Interconnection Customer shall design, procure, construct, install, own and/or control the Interconnection Customer’s Interconnection Facilities described in Appendix A at its sole expense.

  • Participating TO’s Interconnection Facilities The Participating TO shall design, procure, construct, install, own and/or control the Participating TO’s Interconnection Facilities described in Appendix A at the sole expense of the Interconnection Customer. Unless the Participating TO elects to fund the capital for the Participating TO’s Interconnection Facilities, they shall be solely funded by the Interconnection Customer.

  • Interconnection Facilities 4.1.1 The Interconnection Customer shall pay for the cost of the Interconnection Facilities itemized in Attachment 2 of this Agreement. The NYISO, in consultation with the Connecting Transmission Owner, shall provide a best estimate cost, including overheads, for the purchase and construction of its Interconnection Facilities and provide a detailed itemization of such costs. Costs associated with Interconnection Facilities may be shared with other entities that may benefit from such facilities by agreement of the Interconnection Customer, such other entities, the NYISO, and the Connecting Transmission Owner.

  • Network Interconnection Architecture Each Party will plan, design, construct and maintain the facilities within their respective systems as are necessary and proper for the provision of traffic covered by this Agreement. These facilities include but are not limited to, a sufficient number of trunks to the point of interconnection with the tandem company, and sufficient interoffice and interexchange facilities and trunks between its own central offices to adequately handle traffic between all central offices within the service areas at P.01 grade of service or better. The provisioning and engineering of such services and facilities will comply with generally accepted industry methods and practices, and will observe the rules and regulations of the lawfully established tariffs applicable to the services provided.

  • One-Way Interconnection Trunks 2.3.1 Where the Parties use One-Way Interconnection Trunks for the delivery of traffic from CBB to Verizon, CBB, at CBB’s own expense, shall:

  • Two-Way Interconnection Trunks 2.4.1 Where the Parties have agreed to use Two-Way Interconnection Trunks for the exchange of traffic between Verizon and ICG, ICG shall order from Verizon, and Verizon shall provide, the Two-Way Interconnection Trunks, and the Entrance Facility on which such Trunks will ride, and transport and multiplexing, in accordance with the rates, terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement and Verizon’s applicable Tariffs.

  • Interconnection Agreement On or before December 31, 2015, Wholesale Market Participant must enter into an Interconnection Agreement with the Transmission Owner in order to effectuate the WMPA. Wholesale Market Participant shall demonstrate the occurrence of each of the foregoing milestones to Transmission Provider’s reasonable satisfaction. Transmission Provider may reasonably extend any such milestone dates, in the event of delays that Wholesale Market Participant (i) did not cause and (ii) could not have remedied through the exercise of due diligence. If (i) the Wholesale Market Participant suspends work pursuant to a suspension provision contained in an interconnection and/or construction agreement with the Transmission Owner or (ii) the Transmission Owner extends the date by which Wholesale Market Participant must enter into an interconnection agreement relative to this WMPA, and (iii) the Wholesale Market Participant has not made a wholesale sale under this WMPA, the Wholesale Market Participant may suspend this WMPA by notifying the Transmission Provider and the Transmission Owner in writing that it wishes to suspend this WMPA, with the condition that, notwithstanding such suspension, the Transmission System shall be left in a safe and reliable condition in accordance with Good Utility Practice and Transmission Provider’s safety and reliability criteria. Wholesale Market Participant’s notice of suspension shall include an estimated duration of the suspension period and other information related to the suspension. Pursuant to this section 3.1, Wholesale Market Participant may request one or more suspensions of work under this WMPA for a cumulative period of up to a maximum of three years. If, however, the suspension will result in a Material Modification as defined in Part I, Section 1.18A.02 of the Tariff, then such suspension period shall be no greater than one (1) year. If the Wholesale Market Participant suspends this WMPA pursuant to this Section 3.1 and has not provided written notice that it will exit such suspension on or before the expiration of the suspension period described herein, this WMPA shall be deemed terminated as of the end of such suspension period. The suspension time shall begin on the date the suspension is requested or on the date of the Wholesale Market Participant’s written notice of suspension to Transmission Provider, if no effective date was specified. All milestone dates stated in this Section 3.1 shall be deemed to be extended coextensively with any suspension period permitted pursuant to this provision.

  • Access Toll Connecting Trunk Group Architecture 9.2.1 If CBB chooses to subtend a Verizon access Tandem, CBB’s NPA/NXX must be assigned by CBB to subtend the same Verizon access Tandem that a Verizon NPA/NXX serving the same Rate Center Area subtends as identified in the LERG.
