PCCD to Select Instructors i. The selection of instructors will follow in accordance with Article 18 of PCCD’s applicable collective bargaining agreement. Course instructors shall be faculty of PCCD who meet the minimum qualifications to provide instruction in a California community college (per Title 5 CCR Sections 53410 and 58060). As such, these instructors shall be members of the Xxxxxxx Federation of Teachers bargaining unit (“PFT”) and shall have the full rights and privileges accorded to them thereby, as well as by the Xxxxxxx Academic Senate and Education Code. The minimum qualifications shall be consistent with the requirements for other similar courses offered by PCCD and shall be published or otherwise listed by PCCD.

PCCD to Select Instructors. Course instructors will be faculty of PCCD who have interest in working with high school students and meet the minimum qualifications to provide instruction in a California community college (per Title 5 CCR Sections 53410 and 58060). The minimum qualifications shall be consistent with the requirements in other similar courses offered by PCCD and shall be published or otherwise listed by PCCD. During the Course’s instructional activity, the instructor (and other academic employee, if any) shall have no other assigned duty. School District teachers who have a master’s degree, meet the other PCCD requirements necessary for instructors at its community colleges and meet the minimum qualifications for the Course for which they are applying shall be eligible to apply to teach Courses at PCCD.

School District personnel selected to be instructors remain employees solely of the School District, subject to the authority of the School District, but will also be subject to the authority of PCCD, solely and specifically with regard to their duties as instructors for the Course. PCCD will exercise this authority in consultation with the School DistrictPCCD will use its own instructors to instruct a Course, who will provide supervision, control and evaluation of all students in such Course, which supervision, control and/or evaluation services may be shared with another academic employee of PCCD. During the Course’s instructional activity, the instructor (and other academic employee, if any) shall have no other assigned duty.

  • International Olympic Committee; International Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement As instructed from time to time by ICANN, the names (including their IDN variants, where applicable) relating to the International Olympic Committee, International Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement listed at xxxx://xxx.xxxxx.xxx/en/resources/registries/reserved shall be withheld from registration or allocated to Registry Operator at the second level within the TLD. Additional International Olympic Committee, International Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement names (including their IDN variants) may be added to the list upon ten (10) calendar days notice from ICANN to Registry Operator. Such names may not be activated in the DNS, and may not be released for registration to any person or entity other than Registry Operator. Upon conclusion of Registry Operator’s designation as operator of the registry for the TLD, all such names withheld from registration or allocated to Registry Operator shall be transferred as specified by ICANN. Registry Operator may self-­‐allocate and renew such names without use of an ICANN accredited registrar, which will not be considered Transactions for purposes of Section 6.1 of the Agreement.

  • Acting on Instructions; Unclear Instructions (a) Bank is authorized to act under this Agreement (or to refrain from taking action) in accordance with the instructions received by Bank, via telephone, telex, facsimile transmission, or other teleprocess or electronic instruction or trade information system acceptable to Bank ("Instructions"). Bank shall have no responsibility for the authenticity or propriety of any Instructions that Bank believes in good faith to have been given by Authorized Persons or which are transmitted with proper testing or authentication pursuant to terms and conditions that Bank may specify.   • STATEWIDE CONTRACT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM If the maximum amount payable to Contractor under this Contract is $100,000 or greater, either on the Effective Date or at any time thereafter, this section shall apply. Contractor agrees to be governed by and comply with the provisions of §§00-000-000, 00-000-000, 00-000-000, and 00- 000-000, C.R.S. regarding the monitoring of vendor performance and the reporting of contract information in the State’s contract management system (“Contract Management System” or “CMS”). Contractor’s performance shall be subject to evaluation and review in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Contract, Colorado statutes governing CMS, and State Fiscal Rules and State Controller policies.

  • Joint Funded Project with the Ohio Department of Transportation In the event that the Recipient does not have contracting authority over project engineering, construction, or right-of- way, the Recipient and the OPWC hereby assign certain responsibilities to the Ohio Department of Transportation, an authorized representative of the State of Ohio. Notwithstanding Sections IV, VI.A., VI.B., VI.C., and VII of the Project Agreement, Recipient hereby acknowledges that upon notification by the Ohio Department of Transportation, all payments for eligible project costs will be disbursed by the Grantor directly to the Ohio Department of Transportation. A Memorandum of Funds issued by the Ohio Department of Transportation shall be used to certify the estimated project costs. Upon receipt of a Memorandum of Funds from the Ohio Department of Transportation, the OPWC shall transfer funds directly to the Ohio Department of Transportation via an Intra-State Transfer Voucher. The amount or amounts transferred shall be determined by applying the Participation Percentages defined in Appendix D to those eligible project costs within the Memorandum of Funds. In the event that the Project Scope is for right-of-way only, notwithstanding Appendix D, the OPWC shall pay for 100% of the right-of-way costs not to exceed the total financial assistance provided in Appendix C.
