FIPPA Sample Clauses

FIPPA. The HSP acknowledges that the LHIN is bound by FIPPA and that any information provided to the LHIN in connection with this Agreement may be subject to disclosure in accordance with FIPPA.
FIPPA. The Recipient acknowledges that the Province is bound by the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act (Ontario) and that any information provided to the Province in connection with the Project or otherwise in connection with the Agreement may be subject to disclosure in accordance with that Act.
FIPPA. The parties acknowledge that the IESO is subject to the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act and that said act applies to confidential information in the custody or control of the IESO.
FIPPA. Compliance The Recipient acknowledges that the IESO is bound by the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act (Ontario) (“FIPPA”) and that any information provided to the IESO in connection with the Project or otherwise in connection with the Funding Agreement is subject to disclosure in accordance with FIPPA. FIPPA. Without limiting the foregoing, the Participant acknowledges and agrees that this Agreement and all Confidential Information in the custody and control of the IESO or the Participant are subject to Applicable Laws that include the access provisions of FIPPA and that as a result, third parties may obtain access to each Party’s Confidential Information. Moreover, the Participant acknowledges that the IESO and its Representatives are subject to FIPPA which applies to and governs all recorded information in any form or medium, including Confidential Information, that is in the custody or control of the IESO (collectively, the “Records”), and may require the disclosure of the Records to third parties. To the extent that the IESO must comply with disclosure obligations under FIPPA, the Participant agrees:
FIPPA. The Client acknowledges that all records prepared by the University in the performance of this Agreement are in the custody and control of the University. The University is, or will be subject to, the access and privacy provisions of The Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act (Manitoba), which creates a right of access to records under the custody and control of public bodies subject to specific, limited exceptions. Except as required by law or as otherwise permitted pursuant to the terms of this Agreement, neither the University nor the Client will disclose the contents of this Agreement, or the foregoing records, other than for the purpose of implementation or enforcement of the same or for a general statement on the parties to the Agreement, the amount being paid for the Service and the general nature of the Service, either party being entitled to publish that information.
FIPPA. The Recipient acknowledges that it and the Ministry are bound by FIPPA and undertakes to perform its obligations under the Agreement in a manner that ensures that neither party is in breach of its obligations under FIPPA.
FIPPA. The Supplier and the Hospital acknowledge and agree that as of January 1, 2012, the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act (Ontario) (“FIPPA”) applies to and governs certain information. The Hospital will maintain the confidentiality of this information in accordance with the provisions of FIPPA. However, the Supplier ackno wledges and agrees that FIPPA may also require the disclosure of such information to third parties.
FIPPA. Notwithstanding Section 6.0, the Institution acknowledges that the Hospital is bound by the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act (Ontario), as amended from time to time, ("FIPPA") and that this Agreement and any information provided to the Hospital in connection with its performance or otherwise in connection with this Agreement is subject to disclosure in accordance with FIPPA.
FIPPA. Notwithstanding this Section 5, the Parties acknowledge that the College is an “institution” as defined in the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act R.S.O. 1990, c. F 31 (“FIPPA”) and all records prepared by the College in the performance of this Agreement are subject to the access and privacy provisions of which creates a right of access to records under the custody and control of public bodies subject to exceptions and in particular to the exceptions set out in Section 17 of the FIPPA, which include an exception to disclosure for trade secrets or scientific or technical information of competitive and commercial importance to a third Party.
