PC2 Bank Insured Funds. SWST anticipates receiving fees based on your sweep account balance, including intercompany credits, and other financial benefits based on the amount of sweep funds on deposit with the Bank. SWST anticipates the Bank will receive a financial benefit from the use of sweep funds, such as net interest income. A portion of fees received may be paid to your Broker. The FDIC insures bank deposit accounts such as checking, interest-bearing checking and savings accounts, money market deposit accounts, and certificates of deposit (CDs) if an insured bank or savings association fails. Your bank deposits are generally insured up to $100,000 per account, while your XXX and other qualifying self-directed retirement funds on deposit are separately insured up to $250,000. The FDIC does not insure the money you invest in stocks, bonds, mutual funds, life insurance policies, annuities, or municipal securities, even if you purchased those products from an insured bank. Prior or additional bank accounts at the Bank may affect insurance coverage. If your funds on deposit exceed the applicable FDIC insurance limit of $100,000 ($250,000 for qualifying retirement accounts), the FDIC will not insure your funds in excess of the limit. Account balances in excess of $99,000 ($248,000 for qualifying retirement accounts) will be swept by SWST either to the CIP account or to a money market fund, dependent on the type of account. An interest-bearing bank deposit account, such as the PC2 Bank Insured Fund, is available only to individuals, certain non-profit organizations and to certain fiduciaries and trusts, provided that the beneficiaries are individuals or otherwise eligible. Accordingly, accounts in the name of business entities, including corporations, employee benefit plans, limited liability corporations and partnerships, are not eligible for a deposit account. A bank deposit account is also not available to clients with ERISA or XXX accounts participating in any of SWST’s investment advisory programs or accounts held by government entities. Interest on funds in a bank deposit account is accrued daily, compounded monthly and credited to your account monthly.   • Standard Hazard and Flood Insurance Policies For each Mortgage Loan (other than a Cooperative Loan), the Master Servicer shall maintain, or cause to be maintained by each Servicer, standard fire and casualty insurance and, where applicable, flood insurance, all in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement and the related Servicing Agreement, as applicable. It is understood and agreed that such insurance shall be with insurers meeting the eligibility requirements set forth in the applicable Servicing Agreement and that no earthquake or other additional insurance is to be required of any Mortgagor or to be maintained on property acquired in respect of a defaulted loan, other than pursuant to such applicable laws and regulations as shall at any time be in force and as shall require such additional insurance. Pursuant to Section 4.01, any amounts collected by the Master Servicer, or by any Servicer, under any insurance policies maintained pursuant to this Section 9.16 or any Servicing Agreement (other than amounts to be applied to the restoration or repair of the property subject to the related Mortgage or released to the Mortgagor in accordance with the applicable Servicing Agreement) shall be deposited into the Collection Account, subject to withdrawal pursuant to Section 4.02. Any cost incurred by the Master Servicer or any Servicer in maintaining any such insurance if the Mortgagor defaults in its obligation to do so shall be added to the amount owing under the Mortgage Loan where the terms of the Mortgage Loan so permit; provided, however, that the addition of any such cost shall not be taken into account for purposes of calculating the distributions to be made to Certificateholders and shall be recoverable by the Master Servicer or such Servicer pursuant to Section 4.02.

  • Agreements with Foreign Banking Institutions Each agreement with a foreign banking institution shall provide that: (a) the assets of each Portfolio will not be subject to any right, charge, security interest, lien or claim of any kind in favor of the foreign banking institution or its creditors or agent, except a claim of payment for their safe custody or administration; (b) beneficial ownership for the assets of each Portfolio will be freely transferable without the payment of money or value other than for custody or administration; (c) adequate records will be maintained identifying the assets as belonging to each applicable Portfolio; (d) officers of or auditors employed by, or other representatives of the Custodian, including to the extent permitted under applicable law the independent public accountants for the Fund, will be given access to the books and records of the foreign banking institution relating to its actions under its agreement with the Custodian; and (e) assets of the Portfolios held by the foreign sub-custodian will be subject only to the instructions of the Custodian or its agents.

  • Health and Hospitalization Insurance Single Coverage: The District shall contribute a sum not to exceed $8180 per year toward the premium for individual coverage for each full-time employee employed by the District who qualifies for and is enrolled in single cov- erage in the School District’s group health and hospitalization insurance plan. Any additional cost of the premium shall be borne by the employee and paid by payroll deduction.

  • CREDIT INSURANCE Credit insurance is not required for any extension of credit under this Agreement. However, You may purchase any credit insurance available through Us and have the premiums added to Your outstanding balance. If You elect to do so, You will be given the necessary disclosures and documents separately.

  • FINANCIAL INSTITUTION’S LIABILITY Liability for failure to make transfers. If we do not complete a transfer to or from your account on time or in the correct amount according to our agreement with you, we will be liable for your losses or damages.
