Retirement Funds definition

Retirement Funds means the Prescient Retirement Annuity Fund; the Prescient
Retirement Funds has the meaning ascribed thereto in clause 8.5.1 of Annexure C;

The Deferred Compensation Account of a Participant shall include any In-Service or Education Account of the Participant, if applicable.

  • Investment Funds means all monies and financial resources available for investment by the Authority, other than proceeds of bonds issued by the Authority.
