Payments on Business Day. Whenever any payment or performance under the Loan Documents would otherwise be due on a day other than a Business Day, such payment shall be made on the following Business Day, unless the following Business Day is in a different calendar month, in which case the payment shall be made on the preceding Business Day.
Payments on Business Day. Whenever any payment or prepayment hereunder or under any Note shall be stated to be due on a day other than a Business Day, such payment shall be made on the next succeeding Business Day, and such extension of time shall in such case be included in the computation of payment of interest; provided, however, if such extension would cause payment of interest on or principal of Eurodollar Loans to be made in the next following calendar month, such payment shall be made on the next preceding Business Day.

Payments on Business Day. In the event any day for payment of an amount due and payable hereunder is not a Business Day, such payment shall be due and payable on the immediately succeeding Business Day and interest shall accrue on the amount of such payment from and after such scheduled date to the time of such payment on such next succeeding Business Day. Payments on Business Day.
