Payment of Claim. Payment of claims is subject to the terms and conditions of INSURED'S insurance plan. Payment by INSURER shall be limited to services provided to INSURED for which INSURED is eligible. Payment by INSURER shall be reduced by co-payments, co-insurance and/or deductibles. Provider agrees to bill at their usual and customary rate and further agree not to bill for the difference between Provider’s usual and customary rates and the rates set forth on Exhibit B. INSURER shall make payments within thirty (30) days of receipt of claims, unless written notice of dispute or discrepancy is mailed to Provider within thirty (30) days. If claim is not paid within thirty (30) days on undisputed claims and ninety (90) days on disputed claims, Provider shall have the right to deny the negotiated rates set forth on Exhibit B and seek full billed charges.
Payment of Claim. Upon the determination of the liability of Seller or Purchaser under Section 10.1, 10.2 and 10.3, as the case may be, after payment by the Indemnified Party of, or upon entry of final judgment or reaching of a settlement in respect of, an Indemnifiable Claim, or determination of a Loss to the Indemnified Party occasioned by the breach of a representation and warranty by the Indemnifying Party, and notice thereof to the Indemnifying Party, the Indemnifying Party shall within thirty (30) days after receipt of such notice pay to the Indemnified Party the amount of the payment, judgment, settlement or Loss, as the case may be.
Payment of Claim. Benefits payable under the Policy will be paid upon receipt of full written proof, as determined by the Insurer.
Payment of Claim. After final judgment or award has been rendered by a court, arbitration board or administrative agency of competent jurisdiction and the expiration of the time in which to appeal therefrom, or a settlement has been consummated, or the Indemnified Party and the Indemnitor have arrived at a mutually binding agreement with respect to each separate matter indemnified by the Indemnitor, the Indemnified Party shall forward to the Indemnitor notice of any sums due and owing by the Indemnitor with respect to such matter, and the Indemnitor shall pay all of the sums so owing to the Indemnified Party by cash in immediately available funds within twenty (20) days after the date of such notice.
Payment of Claim. Within forty five (45) days from the date Notice of an ISO Change Cost Payment is provided pursuant to this Section 11.03, a Party receiving a claim for an ISO Change Cost Payment shall either:
Payment of Claim. If and when a claim is determined to be payable, the Corporation will promptly issue a check to the Claimant.
Payment of Claim. In the event that the aggregate amount of Loss exceeds the Deductible, the Insurer shall pay the indemnity due to the Insured promptly upon the later of the Insurer's decision or the end of any applicable Waiting Period.
Payment of Claim. The indemnifying Party shall pay the indemnified Party within thirty (30) Days after notice to the indemnifying Party of the actual payment of a Claim by the indemnified Party.
Payment of Claim. Except as otherwise set forth in this Article VI, any amount owing by any Indemnifying Party shall be paid within two (2) Business Days after determination of such amount.
