PAY DISPUTES. All overtime and regular hours shall be reported separately on all pay check stubs. All questions or disputes with respect to wages and/or expenses must be submitted to the Employer and Union within forty five (45) days of the questioned payment. If there is no submission within 45 days, then the claim is waived.

PAY DISPUTES. Disputes concerning pay or other remuneration pursuant to Section 35 MBL or disputes concerning the duty to perform work, where a company invokes extraordinary reasons pursuant to Section 34, second paragraph, MBL, shall be deemed to have arisen when the local trade union has notified the party of the local employer in writing that the position maintained by the employees in a dispute situation that has arisen is supported by the union. Where such a dispute has arisen, the party of the local employer shall request ne- gotiations within five working days.
PAY DISPUTES. In the event of a dispute under Section 9, proceedings shall be brought before the Swedish Labour Court by the party of the em- ployer within ten working days of the conclusion of central negoti- ations.
PAY DISPUTES. All pay disputes must be brought to the Employer’s attention as soon as possible. Both parties recognize that discrepancies may be due to mutual oversights. The Employer hereby agrees to provide a nine (9) month window period in which an employee may claim back earnings.

  • Policy Disputes Any dispute concerning the interpretation of the terms, conditions, limitations and/or exclusions contained herein is understood and agreed by both You and Us to be adjudicated or interpreted in accordance with Indian law and only competent Courts of India shall have the exclusive jurisdiction to try all or any matters arising hereunder. The matter shall be determined or adjudicated in accordance with the law and practice of such Court.

  • Labour Disputes 15.01 If employees are prevented from performing their duties because of a strike or lock-out on the premises of another employer, the employees shall report the matter to the Employer, and the Employer will make reasonable efforts to ensure that such employees are employed elsewhere, so that they shall receive their regular pay and benefits to which they would normally be entitled.

  • Payment Disputes We will not exercise Our rights under Section 6.3 (Overdue Charges) or 6.4 (Suspension of Service and Acceleration) above if You are disputing the applicable charges reasonably and in good faith and are cooperating diligently to resolve the dispute.

  • Legal Disputes 3.1 Pursuant to New York City Health and Hospitals Corporation Act, Chapter 1016-69, Section 20, all actions against NYC Health + Hospitals shall be brought in the City , in the county in which the cause of action arose, or if it arose outside of the City , in the City , County of New York. The Parties consent to the dismissal or transfer to any claims asserted inconsistent with this section. If Vendor initiates any action in breach of this section, Vendor shall promptly reimburse NYC Health + Hospitals for any attorneys’ fees incurred to remove the action to the contractually agreed upon venue.

  • Labor Disputes No labor disturbance by or dispute with employees of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries exists or, to the knowledge of the Company, is threatened which would reasonably be expected to result in a Material Adverse Effect.

  • Disputes In the case of a dispute as to the determination of the Exercise Price or the arithmetic calculation of the number of Warrant Shares issuable in connection with any exercise, the Company shall promptly deliver to the Holder the number of Warrant Shares that are not disputed.

  • Contract Disputes The Parties shall deal in good faith and attempt to resolve potential disputes informally. If the dispute concerning a question of fact arising under the terms of this Contract is not disposed of in a reasonable period of time by the Contractor’s Supervisor and the County‘s project manager as specified in Article 25. Notices by way of the following process, such matter shall be brought to the attention of the County DPA by way of the following process:

  • Mediation of Disputes In the event of any disputes arise between the parties under this Agreement, the parties agree to use the following procedure prior to and as a precondition to either party pursuing any other available remedies, including arbitration or litigation.

You must resolve all other disputes directly with the plan merchant. We do not warrant any merchandise or services purchased by you with the Card. Statements and Notices. Statements and notices will be mailed to you at the most recent postal address or e-mail address (if you have elected to receive such documents via electronic means) you have given us. Notice sent to any one of you will be considered notice to all. Notification of Address Change. You will notify us promptly if you change your address for any reason. In order to prevent identity theft, your identity may need to be verified before we act upon the notification. Copy Received. You acknowledge that you have received a copy of this Agreement. Governing Law. This Agreement shall be construed under federal law and state law in the state in which we are primarily located, and the venue shall be located in the county and state in which we are primarily located. Operating regulations of Visa may also apply. This Agreement is the contract that applies to all transactions even though the sales, cash advance, convenience check, credit or other slips you sign or receive may contain different terms.
