Labor Disputes. No labor disturbance by or dispute with employees of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries exists or, to the knowledge of the Company, is threatened which would reasonably be expected to result in a Material Adverse Effect.

Labor Disputes. (a) Set forth on Schedule 8.13 to the Information Certificate is a list (including dates of termination) of all collective bargaining or similar agreements between or applicable to each Borrower and Guarantor and any union, labor organization or other bargaining agent in respect of the employees of any Borrower or Guarantor on the date hereof.
Labor Disputes. No material labor dispute with the employees of the Company or any Company Subsidiary exists, or, to the knowledge of the Company, is imminent; and the Company is not aware of any existing, threatened or imminent labor disturbance by the employees of any of its principal suppliers, manufacturers or contractors that could, singly or in the aggregate, have a Material Adverse Effect.
Labor Disputes. Except as individually or in the aggregate would not reasonably be expected to have a Material Adverse Effect, (a) there are no strikes, lockouts or slowdowns against the Borrower or any of its Restricted Subsidiaries pending or, to the knowledge of the Borrower or any of its Restricted Subsidiaries, threatened and (b) the hours worked by and payments made to employees of the Borrower and its Restricted Subsidiaries have not been in violation of the Fair Labor Standards Act or any other applicable Requirements of Law dealing with such matters.
Labor Disputes. Seller shall provide at least four months' written notice to Buyer prior to the scheduled expiration of any current labor contract. If requested by the Buyer, Seller shall establish, at Seller's expense, a 30-day inventory of finished goods, at a site mutually agreed upon with Buyer, before the expiration of any such labor contract. Seller shall notify Buyer immediately of any actual or potential labor dispute delaying or threatening to delay the timely performance of any open purchase order.
