Common use of Pay and Benefits Clause in Contracts

Pay and Benefits. 23 (A) Employees assigned to the Training Division shall be paid 100% of their 24 converted 56-hour wage to include premium wages, hours in Article 14 25 Section 14.02(B), and differential pay. 26 (B) Employees assigned to the Training Division will not have their 56-hour 27 accruals or banks converted. Employees assigned to the Training 28 Division will continue to accrue holidays as if they were still working the 29 56-hour workweek. Upon separation from the City, the employee’s 30 leave banks will be cashed out at their 56-hour pay rate rather than their 31 40-hour pay rate.
