Para-educator Time and Clerical Support. ‌ Each special education teacher generates a minimum of 3.5 hours of para-educator time per day. Para-educator time generated by this shall be provided to each Special Education teacher based on student needs as determined by the Special Education team. One-to- one paraeducator time dedicated to a specific student in the student’s IEP shall not count in the hours allocated in this section. Clerical support will be made available to Special Education case managers for the purpose of scheduling IEP related meetings and copying documents for IEP and evaluation meetings. No later than September 30 of each year, the District will have designated the trained clerical personnel who will provide support in each building and will provide the protocols and processes for accessing this support.

  • Using Student feedback in Educator Evaluation ESE will provide model contract language, direction and guidance on using student feedback in Educator Evaluation by June 30, 2013. Upon receiving this model contract language, direction and guidance, the parties agree to bargain with respect to this matter.

  • In-Service Education The parties recognize the value of in-service both to the employee and the Employer and shall encourage employees to participate in in-service. All employees scheduled by the Employer to attend in-service seminars shall receive regular wages.

  • Technical Support State Street will provide technical support to assist the Fund in using the System and the Data Access Services. The total amount of technical support provided by State Street shall not exceed 10 resource days per year. State Street shall provide such additional technical support as is expressly set forth in the fee schedule in effect from time to time between the parties (the “Fee Schedule”). Technical support, including during installation and testing, is subject to the fees and other terms set forth in the Fee Schedule.
