Clerical Support. The State recognizes the need to provide clerical support to Bargaining Unit 2 employees and, where operationally feasible and subject to budget constraints, the State will provide such support.

Clerical Support. Providing reception, secretarial, human resources, transcription and clerical personnel and services, including management of the maintenance of medical records. All Manager personnel shall be acceptable to Group in its reasonable discretion and shall be appropriately trained and supervised for the duties assigned to them in connection with Group’s practice.

All faculty members, through their department heads and through the coordination of the appropriate xxxx, shall receive clerical, and duplication support required by the faculty member in the course of the proper performance of their professional responsibilities. These services shall be subject to school/departmental budget limitations. Faculty service load agreement(s) will be prepared and submitted in a timely manner.
Clerical Support. Clerical support will be provided for the Faculty Professional Growth Committee through the Office of the Xxxxxxx. The Xxxxxxx will be expected to provide no less than one full time, regular, twelve (12) month clerical position to support the Faculty Professional Growth Committee. Efforts will be made with regard to space requirements for the committee, its files, and other materials/equipment.
