Outcome Payments. 2.3.3.1 MOPAC shall pay the Outcome Payments to the Recipient in arrears.
Outcome Payments. PAATH LLC will make the Outcome Payments to AT Home LLC in accordance with Schedule 3 (Calculation of Outcome Payments) and Section 4.3(a), solely from, and subject to, funds received by PAATH LLC pursuant to the Payor Contracts, as applicable. PAATH LLC hereby assigns the right to payment set forth in each of the Payor Contracts to AT Home LLC, as collateral for its obligations hereunder, and acknowledges that AT Home LLC may assign such rights to the Funding Partners (the “Assignees”), as collateral for the obligations of AT Home LLC to the Funding Partners. Each Assignee shall be a third party beneficiary of the Outcome Payment provisions of the related Payor Contract and shall be entitled to enforce the payment provisions thereof.
Outcome Payments. The EDIC will make the Outcome Payments to PAVE related to the City of Boston Project Site, which payments will be calculated and become due in accordance with the PFS Agreement, Schedule 3 (Calculation of Outcome Payments). If an Outcome Payment is payable by the EDIC in accordance with said Schedule 3, the EDIC will make such Outcome Payment in full within 30 days of receipt of an invoice from PAVE, without deduction or setoff, by electronic wire transfer of immediately available funds to a bank account designated by PAVE reasonably in advance of the payment due date. The EDIC will be obligated to make any such Outcome Payments regardless of whether the VA has met its obligations with respect to amounts due under the VA Grant with respect to the City of Boston Project Site, and regardless of whether any of the other Payors have met their respective payment obligations with respect to other Project Teams.
Outcome Payments. 20% of element 1 and element 2 cost components combined up to a maximum of €20,000 may be allocated to each contract for performance against agreed KPIs for that contract. Payment must be supported by traceable data and must be evidence based. See Appendix 3 - Examples of a SRM Agenda, Score card and potential KPIs. The actual percentage (up to the maximum) and indicator applied to a particular contract will be determined by the ETB on a contract by contract basis.

  • Incentive Payments The Settlement Fund Administrator will treat incentive payments under Section IV.F on a State-specific basis. Incentive payments for which a Settling State is eligible under Section IV.F will be allocated fifteen percent (15%) to its State Fund, seventy percent (70%) to its Abatement Accounts Fund, and fifteen percent (15%) to its Subdivision Fund. Amounts may be reallocated and will be distributed as provided in Section V.D.

  • Annual Payments The Settling Distributors shall make eighteen (18) Annual Payments, each comprised of base and incentive payments as provided in this Section IV, as well as fifty percent (50%) of the amount of any Settlement Fund Administrator costs and fees that exceed the available interest accrued in the Settlement Fund as provided in Section V.C.5, and as determined by the Settlement Fund Administrator as set forth in this Agreement.

  • Base Payments The Settlement Fund Administrator will allocate base payments under Section IV.D among the Settling States in proportion to their respective Overall Allocation Percentages. Base payments for each Settling State will then be allocated fifteen percent (15%) to its State Fund, seventy percent (70%) to its Abatement Accounts Fund, and fifteen percent (15%) to its Subdivision Fund. Amounts may be reallocated and will be distributed as provided in Section V.D.

  • Service Payments Subject to the direction and control of the Board of Trustees as set forth in the Plan, the Fund shall make Service Payments to Qualified Recipients pursuant to instructions by the Distributor, either directly to the Distributor or, as instructed, through the Distributor or shareholder servicing agent to other Qualified Recipients. The amounts, sources and purposes of the Service Payments shall be subject to the restrictions set forth in the Plan. To the extent that Service Payments are made directly to the Distributor, the Distributor acknowledges that such payments are intended as compensation for the Distributor’s services as contemplated by the Plan and undertakes to provide such services.   • Reimbursement Payments The Department shall, to the extent funds are available, reimburse the Grantee for eligible claims presented for payment if the Department determines the requirements for reimbursement have been met. Claims under this Contract can only be made for the period this Contract is in effect. Reimbursement programs include the following:

  • Annual Payment During each calendar year, an employee may choose to receive payment for up to twenty (20) hours of accrued vacation leave or compensatory time. Request for payment may be made in November or December of each year. Such payment shall be made during the month of November or December and will be granted only if the employee has taken at least forty (40) hours of vacation/compensatory time during the calendar year. Such payment shall be at the base hourly rate only, no add-ons.

  • Micropayments Fees You may qualify to receive micropayments pricing for the sale of goods and services through your PayPal account, if your transactions typically average less than $10. In order to qualify, you must have a PayPal account that is in good standing (for example, no limitations or negative PayPal balance), you may not be processing payments using PayPal Payments Pro and you must submit an application and have it approved by us. If your PayPal account is approved to accept micropayments, then the fees found on the Micropayment Fees table will apply to all transactions for the sale of goods or services processed through your PayPal account, instead of Merchant Services Fees. If you have multiple PayPal accounts, you must route your micropayments transactions through the appropriate account. Once a transaction is processed, PayPal will not re-route the transaction through a different account. PayPal Payouts If you are using PayPal Payouts (formerly Mass Pay), the terms of the PayPal Payouts Agreement will apply. Your responsibility to notify PayPal of pricing or fee errors Once you have access to any account statement(s) or other account activity information made available to you by PayPal with respect to your business account(s), you will have sixty (60) days to notify PayPal in writing of any errors or discrepancies with respect to the pricing or other fees applied by PayPal. If you do not notify PayPal within such timeframe, you accept such information as accurate, and PayPal shall have no obligation to make any corrections, unless otherwise required by applicable law. For the purposes of this provision, such pricing or fee errors or discrepancies are different than unauthorized transactions and other electronic transfer errors which are each subject to different notification timeframes as set forth in this user agreement.

  • EXPENSE PAYMENTS The Owner hereby gives power to the Agent to pay expenses and costs for the Property from the Owner’s funds held by the Agent, unless otherwise directed by the Owner. The expenses and costs may include, but are not limited to, property management compensation, fees and charges, expenses for goods and services, property taxes and other taxes, association or condominium dues, assessments, loan payments, and insurance premiums.

  • Bonus Payments In addition to Base Salary, Executive shall be entitled, during the Employment Term, to participate in and receive payments from all bonus and other incentive compensation plans (as currently in effect, as modified from time to time, or as subsequently adopted) of the Company; provided, however, that nothing contained herein shall grant Executive the right to continue in any bonus or other incentive compensation plan following its discontinuance by the Board (except to the extent Executive had earned or otherwise accumulated vested rights therein prior to such discontinuance).
