Other Terms Applicable to Transfers. You are responsible for ensuring that (1) each transfer initiated by you through the Services complies with all requirements of CoinBurp, applicable third parties, and the applicable Digital Asset; (2) the Digital Asset Address to which any Digital Assets are to be transferred is properly formatted and suitable for the type of Digital Asset being transferred; and (3) there are no errors in any of the transfer instructions you provide using the Services. If you fail to comply with any requirements of the preceding sentence, then the Digital Assets you attempt to transfer may be permanently lost.

Other Terms Applicable to Transfers. You will be responsible for: (a) paying all fees charged by any third party service provider associated with any EXTERNAL ACCOUNT or EXTERNAL ADDRESS as well as for paying any FEES charged by the EXCHANGE for any transfers; (b) ensuring that any inbound and outbound transfers are handled in compliance with the EXCHANGE requirements, third party service provider requirements or TOKEN requirements; (c) ensuring that the address to which any TOKENS are to be transferred is properly formatted and suitable for the type of TOKEN being transferred; and (d) ensuring that there are no errors in any of the transfer instructions you provide using the SERVICES. In the event you fail to comply with any requirements stated herein, the transferred TOKENS may be permanently lost. The timing for completing any transfer will depend on third party actions that are outside the control of the EXCHANGE and the EXCHANGE makes no guarantee regarding the amount of time it may take to complete any transfer. The EXCHANGE may impose limits on the amount of any inbound or outbound transfers, or suspend or terminate the ability to transfer TOKENS into or out of your WALLET in order to comply with applicable laws or regulations, an order from law enforcement or other governmental authority, or otherwise at the EXCHANGE's discretion.

In the event User fails to comply with any requirements of this Section, the transferred virtual currencies, as applicable, may be permanently lost. BITEEU may impose limits on the amount of any inbound or outbound transfers, or suspend or terminate the ability to transfer Digital Asset Trading Facility into or out of User’s Hosted Wallet into or out of User’s BITEEU Account in order to comply with laws or regulations of AFSA and Kazakhstan, the country where the User is located, whether the User is a resident of this country or not, country of User's citizenship, an order from law enforcement or other governmental authority, or otherwise at BITEEU’S discretion.

  • Minimum Site Requirements for TIPS Sales (when applicable to TIPS Sale). Cleanup: When performing work on site at a TIPS Member’s property, Vendor shall clean up and remove all debris and rubbish resulting from their work as required or directed by the TIPS Member or as agreed by the parties. Upon completion of work, the premises shall be left in good repair and an orderly, neat, clean and unobstructed condition. Preparation: Vendor shall not begin a project for which a TIPS Member has not prepared the site, unless Vendor does the preparation work at no cost, or until TIPS Member includes the cost of site preparation in the TIPS Sale Site preparation includes, but is not limited to: moving furniture, installing wiring for networks or power, and similar pre‐installation requirements. Registered Sex Offender Restrictions: For work to be performed at schools, Vendor agrees that no employee of Vendor or a subcontractor who has been adjudicated to be a registered sex offender will perform work at any time when students are, or reasonably expected to be, present unless otherwise agreed by the TIPS Member. Vendor agrees that a violation of this condition shall be considered a material breach and may result in the cancellation of the TIPS Sale at the TIPS Member’s discretion. Vendor must identify any additional costs associated with compliance of this term. If no costs are specified, compliance with this term will be provided at no additional charge. Safety Measures: Vendor shall take all reasonable precautions for the safety of employees on the worksite, and shall erect and properly maintain all necessary safeguards for protection of workers and the public. Vendor shall post warning signs against all hazards created by the operation and work in progress. Proper precautions shall be taken pursuant to state law and standard practices to protect workers, general public and existing structures from injury or damage. Smoking: Persons working under Agreement shall adhere to the TIPS Member’s or local smoking statutes, codes, ordinances, and policies.
