Organizations Sample Clauses
The 'Organizations' clause defines the entities that are recognized as parties to the agreement, typically specifying their legal names, structures, and roles. In practice, this clause clarifies which companies, non-profits, or other formal groups are bound by the contract, and may include details such as addresses or registration numbers to avoid ambiguity. Its core function is to ensure that all parties clearly understand who is involved in the agreement, thereby preventing disputes over identity or authority.
