Operational Policy. Cisco shall maintain written policies describing its security measures and the relevant procedures and responsibilities of its personnel who have access to Protected Data and to its systems and networks. Cisco shall communicate its policies and requirements to all persons involved in the Processing of Protected Data. Cisco shall implement the appro- priate management structure and control designed to ensure compliance with such policies and with or mandatory applicable law concerning the protection and Processing of Protected Data.
