Operating Policy definition

Operating Policy means all of the factors that determine the total license fee applicable to the Premises under the Rate Schedule.
Operating Policy means a policy respecting the operation of the Corporation approved by the Board in accordance with this By-law.
Operating Policy means that policy attached hereto as Exhibit F and adopted hereby, as may be amended by the Members from time to time. Option Business shall have the meaning set forth in Section 7.4(a).

More Definitions of Operating Policy

Related to Operating Policy

  • Accounting Policies means GAAP, applied in a manner consistent with the accounting policies, principles, practices and methodologies used in the preparation of the Audited Balance Sheet.
