Medical Examination Where the Employer requires an employee to submit to a medical examination or medical interview, it shall be at the Employer's expense and on the Employer's time.
Annual Physical Examination The Employer shall provide insurance coverage for or pay or reimburse the Employee for the cost of an annual physical examination conducted by a California licensed physician selected by the Employee and reasonably acceptable to the Employer.
Health Examination 27-1 When the District determines that a MBU's health condition (mental or physical) may be impairing his/her job performance, the immediate supervisor, site administrator, or Regional Assistant Superintendent, with the concurrence of the Human Resources Department may, with just cause, direct the MBU to have a health examination at District expense. The MBU will be given a copy of the directive which will state the reason(s) for such examination. Following the examination, results will be sent by the Human Resources Department to the MBU and immediate supervisor. Minimum Requirements Consultant shall, at its expense, procure and maintain for the duration of the Agreement insurance against claims for injuries to persons or damages to property which may arise from or in connection with the performance of the Agreement by the Consultant, its agents, representatives, employees or subconsultants. Consultant shall also require all of its subconsultants to procure and maintain the same insurance for the duration of the Agreement. Such insurance shall meet at least the following minimum levels of coverage:
Quality Assurance Requirements There are no special Quality Assurance requirements under this Agreement.
Federal Medicaid System Security Requirements Compliance Party shall provide a security plan, risk assessment, and security controls review document within three months of the start date of this Agreement (and update it annually thereafter) in order to support audit compliance with 45 CFR 95.621 subpart F, ADP System Security Requirements and Review Process.
Compliance with Xxxxx-Xxxxx and Related Act requirements All rulings and interpretations of the Xxxxx-Xxxxx and Related Acts contained in 29 CFR parts 1, 3, and 5 are herein incorporated by reference in this contract.
Tax Examinations Abroad 1. A Contracting Party may allow representatives of the competent authority of the other Contracting Party to enter the territory of the first-mentioned Party to interview individuals and examine records with the written consent of the persons concerned. The competent authority of the second-mentioned Party shall notify the competent authority of the first-mentioned Party of the time and place of the meeting with the individuals concerned.
Minimum Shipping Requirements for TIPS Sales Vendor shall ship, deliver, or provide ordered goods and services within a commercially reasonable time after acceptance of the order. If a delay in delivery is anticipated, Vendor shall notify the TIPS Member as to why delivery is delayed and provide an updated estimated time for completion. The TIPS Member may cancel the order if the delay is not commercially acceptable or not consistent with the Supplemental Agreement applicable to the order.
