Protected Data means Personal Data received from or on behalf of the Customer in connection with the performance of the Supplier’s obligations under the Contract;

• Vendor’s Plan for protecting the District’s Protected Data includes, but is not limited to, its agreement to comply with the terms of the District’s ▇▇▇▇ of Rights for Data Security and Privacy, a copy of which is set forth below and has been signed by the Vendor.

More Definitions of Protected Data

Protected Data means Personal Information and Confidential Data.

Protected Data means any data or information that is subject to regulation under Applicable Data Protection Law.

Protected Data means (a) Personal Information and (b) any other data the Company is required by Law, Contract or privacy policy to safeguard and/or keep confidential or private, including all such data transmitted to the Company by customers of the Company or Persons that interact with the Company.

Protected Data means Personal Data received by the Service Provider from or on behalf of HCC, or otherwise obtained by the Service Provider in connection with the performance of the Service Provider’s obligations under this Agreement;
