Operational Employees other than. ‘regular' and 'roster' relief Employees, and Employees to whom Division 6 of this Section 2 applies when engaged on work for 4 hours or more away from their home station, to and from which they can travel daily, shall be paid as an expense a meal allowance at the rate as set out at item 27 of Schedule 2B, for each meal - to be assessed in accordance with the provisions of Sub-clause 69.3, provided that:

  • Eligibility for Sick Leave Subject to the provisions herein, employees and officers (hereinafter called "employees") who are absent from their duties because of illness or disability are eligible for sick leave.
