Occupancy During Break Periods a. From noon on Friday, December 13, 2019 through 9:00 AM Sunday, January 5, 2020, the residence halls are closed. Residents wishing to reside on campus during this period may do so for an additional cost of $300. This charge applies for winter break housing if a resident occupies a room for one or more days between the announced fall quarter check out date and the Saturday prior to the first day of winter quarter. Break housing residents may be required to consolidate to one hall during break. Available housing during break may be limited and will be available on a first-come, first-served basis. Thus, residents wishing to stay over break are encouraged to sign up by the announced deadlines as posted in the halls.

Rest periods do not require relief from duty. Rest periods may not be used for late arrival or early departure from work and rest and meal periods will not be combined.

  • Refund During Cooling-Off Period The PEI will provide the Student with a cooling-off period of seven (7) working days after the date that the Contract has been signed by both parties. The Student will be refunded the highest percentage (stated in Schedule D) of the fees already paid if the Student submits a written notice of withdrawal to the PEI within the cooling-off period, regardless of whether the Student has started the course or not.
