Occupancy During Break Periods. a. From noon on Friday, December 13, 2019 through 9:00 AM Sunday, January 5, 2020, the residence halls are closed. Residents wishing to reside on campus during this period may do so for an additional cost of $300. This charge applies for winter break housing if a resident occupies a room for one or more days between the announced fall quarter check out date and the Saturday prior to the first day of winter quarter. Break housing residents may be required to consolidate to one hall during break. Available housing during break may be limited and will be available on a first-come, first-served basis. Thus, residents wishing to stay over break are encouraged to sign up by the announced deadlines as posted in the halls.
