Number of Sick Days. Sick leave benefits will be granted only to those food service employees who are employed on a regular basis. Applicable sick leave benefits shall accrue at a rate of twelve (12) days per school year accumulating to a total of ninety (90) days. In the event of an absence of more than three (3) consecutive days the Board may require that the absence be substantiated by a physician's certificate in order to receive payment of sick leave benefits.
