Common use of Notification of Subsequent Employer Clause in Contracts

Notification of Subsequent Employer. Employee hereby agrees that, prior to accepting employment with any other person during any period during which Employee remains subject to any of the covenants set forth in Section 7, 8(b) or 8(c) of this Agreement, Employee shall provide such prospective employer with written notice of such provisions of this Agreement, with a copy of such notice delivered simultaneously to the Company.

Notification of Subsequent Employer. Employee Participant hereby agrees that, that prior to accepting employment with with, or agreeing to provide services to, any other person Person during any period during which Employee Participant remains subject to any of the covenants set forth in Section 71, 8(b) or 8(c) of this Agreement, Employee Participant shall provide such prospective employer with written notice of such provisions of this Agreement, with a copy of such notice delivered simultaneously to the Company.

Employee hereby agrees that, prior to accepting employment with any other person during any period during which Employee remains subject to any of the covenants set forth in Section 76, 8(b7(b) or 8(c7(c) of this Agreement, Employee shall provide such prospective employer with written notice of such provisions of this Agreement, with a copy of such notice delivered simultaneously to the Company.
