Common use of Notification of Subsequent Employer Clause in Contracts

Notification of Subsequent Employer. The Grantee hereby agrees that prior to accepting employment with, or agreeing to provide services to, any other Person during any period during which the Grantee remains subject to any of the covenants set forth in Section 7, the Grantee shall provide such prospective employer with written notice of the provisions of this Section 7 (to the extent any such provisions are applicable and in effect at the time of such notice), with a copy of such notice delivered to the Company not later than three (3) business days prior to the date on which the Grantee commences such employment or provision of services. For the avoidance of doubt, the Company shall in any event be permitted to provide any such prospective employer with written notice of the provisions of this Section 7.
