• To facilitate the Ongoing Obligations, the Parties shall designate Party Representatives as provided in this Section 8.01(b) to act as representatives of the Licensees that appoint them hereunder, on the one hand, and Clearwire, on the other hand, with respect to the all matters under this Agreement and in particular with respect to matters governed by Section 8.06.

More Definitions of Ongoing Obligations

Ongoing Obligations means the obligations specified in Part 4 and regulations 48 to 50;
