Notification of Placement. Members shall be given notice when materials other than those listed in Article X, Section B(1-11) above are placed in such file. Whenever an item is to be placed in a bargaining unit member's file, he/she shall have the right to examine the item, and shall have the right to place a response or rebuttal to the item in the file.
