Notice of Elections. To make an election pursuant to this Section, the Borrower shall notify the Administrative Agent of such election by telephone by the time that a Borrowing Request would be required under Section 2.03 if the Borrower were requesting a Borrowing of the Type resulting from such election to be made on the effective date of such election. Each such telephonic Interest Election Request shall be irrevocable and shall be confirmed promptly by hand delivery or telecopy to the Administrative Agent of a written Interest Election Request in a form approved by the Administrative Agent and signed by the Borrower.
Notice of Elections. To make an election pursuant to this Section, the Borrower shall notify the Administrative Agent of such election by telephone, delivery of a signed Interest Election Request or e-mail by the time that a Borrowing Request would be required under Section 2.03 if the Borrower were requesting a Syndicated Borrowing of the Type resulting from such election to be made on the effective date of such election. Each such telephonic Interest Election Request shall be irrevocable and shall be confirmed promptly (but no later than the close of business on the date of such request) by hand delivery, telecopy or electronic communication to the Administrative Agent of a written Interest Election Request in a form approved by the Administrative Agent and signed by the Borrower.
Notice of Elections. To make an election pursuant to this Section, the Borrower shall notify the Administrative Agent of such election by delivery of a signed Interest Election Request in a form approved by the Administrative Agent or by telephone (followed promptly, but no later than the close of business on the date of such request, by a signed Interest Election Request in a form approved by the Administrative Agent) by the time that a Borrowing Request would be required under Section 2.03 if the Borrower were requesting a Borrowing of the Type resulting from such election to be made on the effective date of such election. Each such Interest Election Request shall be irrevocable.
Notice of Elections. Each such election pursuant to this Section shall be made upon the Borrower’s irrevocable notice to the Administrative Agent. Each such notice shall be in the form of a written Interest Election Request, appropriately completed and signed by a Responsible Officer of the Borrower, or may be given by telephone to the Administrative Agent (if promptly confirmed in writing by delivery of such a written Interest Election Request consistent with such telephonic notice) and must be received by the Administrative Agent not later than the time that a Borrowing Request would be required under Section 2.03 if the Borrower were requesting a Borrowing of the Type resulting from such election to be made on the effective date of such election.

To make an election pursuant to this Section 2.07, the Borrower shall notify the Administrative Agent of such election by telephone by the time that a Borrowing Request would be required under Section 2.03 if the Borrower were requesting a Syndicated Borrowing of the Type resulting from such election to be made on the effective date of such election. Each such telephonic Interest Election Request shall be irrevocable and shall be confirmed promptly (but no later than the close of business on the date of such request) by hand delivery or telecopy to the Administrative Agent of a written Interest Election Request in a form approved by the Administrative Agent and signed by the Borrower.

To make an election pursuant to this Section, the Borrower shall notify the Administrative Agent of such election by telephone (1) in the case of a Eurodollar Borrowing, not later than 12:00 noon New York City time, three Business Days before the effective date of the election, or (2) in the case of an ABR Borrowing not later than 12:00 noon New York City time, one Business Day before the effective date of the election. Each such telephonic Interest Election Request shall be irrevocable and shall be confirmed promptly by hand delivery or telecopy (or by electronic communication, if arrangements for doing so have been approved by the Administrative Agent) to the Administrative Agent of a written Interest Election Request in a form approved by the Administrative Agent and signed by the Borrower.

To make an election pursuant to this Section, XL Capital shall notify the Administrative Agent of such election by telephone by the time that a Borrowing Request would be required under Section 2.03 if XL Capital were requesting a Borrowing of the Type resulting from such election to be made on the effective date of such election. Each such telephonic Interest Election Request shall be irrevocable and shall be confirmed promptly by hand delivery or telecopy to the Administrative Agent of a written Interest Election Request in a form approved by the Administrative Agent and signed by XL Capital.
Notice of Elections. To make an election pursuant to this Section, the applicable Borrower shall notify the Administrative Agent of such election by telephone (i) in the case of a proposed conversion to or continuation of a Eurocurrency Borrowing, not later than 1:00 p.m., New York City time, three Business Days before the date of the proposed conversion or continuation if such Eurocurrency Borrowing is denominated in Dollars or four Business Days before the date of the proposed conversion or continuation if such Eurocurrency Borrowing is denominated in a Multicurrency other than Dollars or (ii) in the case of a proposed conversion to an ABR Borrowing, not later than 1:00 p.m., New York City time, one Business Day before the date of the proposed conversion. Each such telephonic Interest Election Request shall be irrevocable and shall be confirmed promptly by hand delivery or telecopy to the Administrative Agent of a written Interest Election Request in a form approved by the Administrative Agent and signed by the applicable Borrower.
Notice of Elections. To make an election pursuant to this Section, Borrower shall notify Administrative Agent of such election in a written notice signed by Borrower (which signed written notice may be delivered via facsimile or email transmission to the numbers and/or email addresses set forth in Section 2.03) by the time that a Borrowing Request would be required under Section 2.03 if Borrower were requesting a Borrowing to be made on the effective date of such election.
Notice of Elections. Except as otherwise expressly provided herein, (i) Revolving Loans initially shall be of the Type specified in the applicable Borrowing Notice and (ii) LC Loans initially shall be Base Rate Loans. Thereafter, the Borrower may elect to convert such Borrowing to a Borrowing of a different Type or to continue such Borrowing as a Borrowing of the same Type, in each case in accordance with this Section 2.03(f). To make an election pursuant to this Section 2.03(f), the Borrower shall notify the Administrative Agent of such election by electronic communication no later than 10:00 a.m. (New York City time) at least five (5) Business Days in advance of the proposed election date (or such shorter timeframe as may be agreed to by the Administrative Agent in its sole discretion). Each such electronic Interest Election Request shall be irrevocable and shall be confirmed promptly by hand delivery or electronic communication to the Administrative Agent of a written Interest Election Request in the form of Exhibit A-3 (to the extent such election was not originally in the Borrowing Notice).
