Common use of Notice of Elections Clause in Contracts

Notice of Elections. To make an election pursuant to this Section, Borrower shall notify Administrative Agent of such election in a written notice signed by Borrower (which signed written notice may be delivered via facsimile or email transmission to the numbers and/or email addresses set forth in Section 2.03) by the time that a Borrowing Request would be required under Section 2.03 if Borrower were requesting a Borrowing to be made on the effective date of such election.

Notice of Elections. To make an election pursuant to this Section, which election shall be irrevocable, Borrower shall notify Administrative Agent of such election in a written notice signed by Borrower (which signed written notice may be delivered via facsimile or email transmission to the numbers and/or email addresses set forth in Section 2.03) by the time that a Borrowing Request would be required under Section 2.03 if Borrower were requesting a Borrowing to be made on the effective date of such election.
