Borrowing Notice. The Borrower shall deliver to the Agent and the Swing Line Lender irrevocable notice (a "Swing Line Borrowing Notice") not later than noon (Chicago time) on the Borrowing Date of each Swing Line Loan, specifying (i) the applicable Borrowing Date (which date shall be a Business Day), and (ii) the aggregate amount of the requested Swing Line Loan which shall be an amount not less than $100,000. The Swing Line Loans shall bear interest at the Floating Rate.
Borrowing Notice. The Administrative Agent shall have received a Borrowing Notice with respect to the Loans to be made on the Closing Date.
Borrowing Notice. The Administrative Agent shall have received a timely Borrowing Notice in accordance with Section 2.02(a).
Borrowing Notice. The Administrative Agent shall have received a Borrowing Notice in accordance with the requirements hereof. Each Borrowing Notice submitted by the Borrower hereunder shall constitute a representation and warranty by the Borrower as of the date thereof that the conditions contained in this Section 5.2 have been satisfied.
Borrowing Notice. On each Funding Date, on each reduction of Advances Outstanding pursuant to Section 2.4(b) and on each reinvestment of Principal Collections pursuant to Section 2.9(b), the Seller (and the Servicer on its behalf) will provide a Borrowing Notice, updated as of such date, to the Administrative Agent and each Purchaser Agent (with a copy to the Collateral Custodian).
Borrowing Notice. Prior to the making of a Revolving Loan on the Closing Date, the Administrative Agent shall have received a Notice of Borrowing meeting the requirements of Section 2.02(c).
Borrowing Notice. The Administrative Agent shall have received a Borrowing Notice or Letter of Credit Request pursuant to Section 2.4 or Section 3.2, as the case may be.
Borrowing Notice. With respect to the initial Extensions of Credit, the Administrative Agent shall have received a notice of such Borrowing as required by Subsection 2.3. The making of the initial Extensions of Credit by the Lenders hereunder shall conclusively be deemed to constitute an acknowledgement by the Administrative Agent and each Lender that each of the conditions precedent set forth in this Subsection 6.1 shall have been satisfied in accordance with its respective terms or shall have been irrevocably waived by such Person.
Borrowing Notice. The Administrative Agent shall have received a Borrowing Notice in accordance with Section 2.01(a)(ii) duly executed and delivered by a Responsible Officer of the Borrower, in form and substance satisfactory to the Administrative Agent.
