Not Lose Seniority – Verified Illness. An employee shall not lose seniority because of absence due to verified illness or personal injury. Employees who incur such absence for a period in excess of nine (9) months must give the Home three (3) weeks written notice before returning to work.

  • Super Seniority In the event of a layoff, the Plant Chairperson, Committeepersons and Stewards shall have super seniority.
